The World Trade Center Towers have not yet been re-built, but there is one building right across from ground zero that’s on schedule to open soon: it’s a mosque. Hey if you want to build a mosque there, whatevs, go for it – but what has people really upset is that the dedication date is set for (you guessed it) 9/11/11. We have American kids getting tossed out of school for wearing American flag shirts on Cinco de Mayo (a Mexican beer holiday) because they were being insensitive. But it’s totally cool to open a mosque right across the street from ground zero on 9/11?

BUT…

WHY do they insist on extending CONSTITUTIONAL rights to NON-AMERICANS??? Silly me… I thought those were rights granted to CITIZENS.. not people here illegally, REGARDLESS of what country they come from….

Expect a VAT ( national sales tax ) to be introduced in the next several months to HELP pay some of the cost… you know… one of those ‘ NO TAXES FOR ANYONE MAKING UNDER 250K…’ taxes….

The ONLY hope the country has is if the courts find this unconstitutional…. sigh…

Comparison of the two datasets shows significant upward adjustments of the post-1909 data and equally significant downward adjustments of the pre-1909 data, thus producing a downtrend and then an uptrend, instead of the nearly flat trend that Treadgold’s group found.”

It seems that the true data from New Zealand is still available, unlike the data from the UK. When all the false data is shaken out it does NOT show Global Warming is the trend. It is damn near a flat line from 1853 to 2008. One need not wonder who is telling the lies. There simply is NO money in a stable climate. But there is heaps of cash for climate scientists to study Global Warming
or the now, more popular Climate Change. I am not one to put much stock in conspiracy theories, but I have a lot of faith in GREED.

Get any result that you want if you scew the data.

had been stolen from its climate center. The scientists say that the e-mail messages, which have circulated on the Internet and which disclose the inner workings of a small network of climatologists who
chart the planet’s temperature, have damaged the public’s trust in the evidence that humans are dangerously warming the planet, just as many countries are poised to start reining in greenhouse gas
emissions. This whole concept of, ‘We’re the experts, trust us,’ has clearly gone by the wayside with these e-mails,” said Judith Curry, a climate scientist at Georgia Institute of Technology.”

TEHRAN, Iran — Iran’s state TV says the country has begun large-scale air defense war games aimed at protecting nuclear facilities against any possible attack. The Sunday report says the five-day drill will cover an area a third of the size of Iran and
spread across the central, western and southern parts of the country.

Gen. Ahmad Mighani, head of an air force unit that deals with threats to Iran’s air space, said Saturday the war games would cover regions where Iran’s nuclear facilities are located.
