“Climate scientists in New Zealand today accused the foremost climate-research institution in New Zealand of data manipulation of the same type as the East Anglia Climatic Research Institute (CRU) is alleged to have done.”

Story From The National Examiner – New Zealand

“Treadgold’s group alleges that the NIWA graph was produced, not from the raw data that NIWA supplied, but rather from temperature readings that had been adjusted. The CSC scientists were able to obtain the adjusted dataset from an un-named associate of Dr. M.
James Salinger, formerly of NIWA and, before that, of CRU. Comparison of the two datasets shows significant upward adjustments of the post-1909 data and equally significant downward adjustments of the pre-1909 data, thus producing a downtrend and then an uptrend, instead of the nearly flat trend that Treadgold’s group found.”

It seems that the true data from New Zealand is still available, unlike the data from the UK. When all the false data is shaken out it does NOT show Global Warming is the trend. It is damn near a flat line from 1853 to 2008. One need not wonder who is telling the lies. There simply is NO money in a stable climate. But there is heaps of cash for climate scientists to study Global Warming
or the now, more popular Climate Change. I am not one to put much stock in conspiracy theories, but I have a lot of faith in GREED.

Hacked E-Mail Is New Fodder for Climate Dispute (November 21, 2009)

“Some prominent climate scientists are calling for changes in the way research on global warming is conducted after a British university said thousands of private e-mail messages and documents
had been stolen from its climate center. The scientists say that the e-mail messages, which have circulated on the Internet and which disclose the inner workings of a small network of climatologists who
chart the planet’s temperature, have damaged the public’s trust in the evidence that humans are dangerously warming the planet, just as many countries are poised to start reining in greenhouse gas
emissions. This whole concept of, ‘We’re the experts, trust us,’ has clearly gone by the wayside with these e-mails,” said Judith Curry, a climate scientist at Georgia Institute of Technology.”

BELLEVUE, WA – Anti-gun Chicago Mayor Richard Daley has reached a new low in his attempt to blame the Fort Hood massacre on firearms, the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms said today.

“Mayor Daley is deplorably capitalizing on the outrage at Fort Hood to push his gun prohibition agenda,” said CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb. “This is the height of moral bankruptcy from a man whose administration was sued Wednesday morning by the Chicago inspector general over apparent interference with an investigation into possible wrongdoing by current and former city employees.”

On Monday, Daley reacted to the Fort Hood shooting by telling reporters, “Unfortunately, America loves Guns. We love guns to a point where that, uh, we see devastation on a daily basis. You don’t blame a group.”

“You don’t blame guns, either,” Gottlieb fired back. “You hold the perpetrator responsible for his crime, not the instruments he used. Would Daley blame cars for the highway carnage created by drunk drivers?

“Perhaps the real culprit here,” he continued, “is former President Bill Clinton. The Washington Times revealed this morning that after he took office in 1993, the Army, under Clinton, instituted a ban on the carrying of firearms by military personnel on their bases. As a result, soldiers have been disarmed and left vulnerable to this kind of attack. Using Daley’s logic, he should blame Clinton for the Fort Hood massacre. That makes more sense than blaming guns.

“Daley has an agenda,” Gottlieb observed, “that he shares with other anti-gun extremists. They will exploit any tragedy to pursue their goal of public disarmament and destruction of the Second Amendment. Whether it is the assassination of a Seattle police officer, the murder of 13 people at Fort Hood, or the horrible body count of crime victims that has piled up in Chicago under Daley’s regime, they will dance through the blood toward the nearest sympathetic microphone to push their cause.

“America must ignore the ravings of anti-gun fanatics,” he concluded, “who are so blinded by a hatred for individual liberty and personal protection that they cannot see how foolish and petty they have become.”

With more than 650,000 members and supporters nationwide, the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms (www.ccrkba.org) is one of the nation’s premier gun rights organizations. As a non-profit organization, the Citizens Committee is dedicated to preserving firearms freedoms through active lobbying of elected officials and facilitating grass-roots organization of gun rights activists in local communities throughout the United States.

The American people were promised transparency by Barack Hussein Obama when he ran for office. We are still being told that we will have transparency in his government as he continues to run for office. Does Barack Hussein Obama think that an outrageously expensive health care bill that runs to 2000+ pages is transparent? It is a bill that is impossible to follow with all it’s off page references, legalize, and modifications. It is a mirror of the The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. It is clear now why none of the Senators or Representatives bothered to read that one. It would have been a waste of their time. It is only teams of specifically trained lawyers that could possible understand it.

Both bills are a mastery of Obfuscation, NOT Transparency.

One thing that is very transparent in the Obama administration is their clear intent to stifle free speech. They have dared to slam Fox News, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, just because those two organizations disagree with Hussein Obama. Fox and the Chamber of Commerce are both very rich and very powerful in their own right. If Obama would stifle them, then what of folks like Bill, Tim. and the other independent bloggers. Are we not supposed to feel a very real chilling effect on our liberty and freedom of speech? Are we on a list some where that is titled, “Enemy of the State?

Happy Halloween. There is some very scary stuff going on.
