This guy is not much of a scientist if he thinks that the ice melting in the Arctic is going to raise sea levels. There is no land mass under the North pole. If all that ice melts then sea levels will drop.
See for yourself. Put some ice cubes in a glass, fill it to the brim with water, and let the ice melt. The water level in the glass will drop as the ice melts.
