I really wish that the rest of the bureaucrats in the Federal Government would spend their time surfing porn. The time spent looking at naked ladies is time that is not used to fuck with the American people.
It is certainly proof that the bureaucracy is over staffed by about 90%. I tend to doubt that the National Science Foundation is the only federal agency who has a love for porn, and not enough to do. They are all bloated with personnel.
