He did the right thing. On a hot call to a possible burglary he asked for ID. An ID from Harvard might mean something if you are an elitist. But cops, who are regular people, want an ID issued by a state agency. Imagine the flack Officer Crowley would catch if he took the Harvard ID from a burglar!
