$250 economic recovery payments

That two hundred and fifty dollars is going to make a world of difference in my life. What a fortune!
Whoops. Wait a minute. It says, “To receive the payment the individual must be eligible for Social Security or SSI during the months of November 2008, December 2008 or January 2009.”
I wasn’t eligible until February of 2009. I am more comfortable NOT getting the $250.00. It is the least that I am going to get fucked by the Federal Government in the foreseeable future.
The Program costs $13 billion. Why do I think that the folks on Social Security would have gotten a lot more if this would have been a PORK project sponsored by some useless Senator or Congressman.
