Any Senator or Member of the House of Representatives who votes for the Stimulus Spending Bill is going to see a lot more SPENDING than Stimulus. They also will be looking for a job after the 2010 elections.
Every one mentions $827 Billion as the price tag. Senators and Member of the House of Representatives have been slinging the word BILLION around so much and they really do not have any concept on how much money that is, especially WITH INTEREST that our Great Grandchildren are going to owe.
“”This is not some abstract debate. It is an urgent and growing crisis,” President Obama said at a White House ceremony unveiling a new economic advisory board. “If we drag our feet and fail to act, this crisis will turn into a catastrophe.”
It looks like the, “catastrophe.” is going to be signed into law next Tuesday. I am going out to buy more ammo. This is going to be bad, real bad.
