of every Senator, Member of Congress, and all registered lobbyists. In fact, it is a good idea that The IRS investigate anybody who does business with the Federal Government.
It is good news to the folks that owe back taxes and have made the same mistake that Tom Daschle has. They know that they face the same penalties that he does. The Equal Protection Clause, part of the Fourteenth Amendment guarantees, that if you by an, “error” or “mistake” avoid paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in Income Tax, then you too will be treated the same as Tom Daschle, and are in the running to be nominated as secretary of health and human services.
Here is a refrain from the same song
“Nancy Killefer, who failed for a year and a half to pay employment taxes on household help, has withdrawn her candidacy to be the first chief performance officer for the federal government, the White House said Tuesday.”
Performance czar withdraws candidacy
Could it be the reason the Democrats like to raise taxes is that they don’t pay them anyway?
“Killefer was the second major Obama administration nominee to withdraw and the third to have tax problems complicate their nomination after President Barack Obama announced their selection.”
