Who can blame them. The Democrat Spending Plan would scare anybody into thinking that bad times, real bad times are around the corner. Americans simply do not trust their elected representatives to fix the economy. Of course, there is the $350 BILLION dollars that Congress already gave to the banks with NO strings attached, which nobody can find any trace of any more. It sure as hell did not free up loan money. The Democrat Spending Bill before Congress has so much Pork in it and so little recovery money that the more the American People read about it, the more it stinks of rotten pig.

For instance: What was touted as a job making infrastructure fix is just plain nonsense. Not only is it on the low end in the Democrat Spending Bill it is certainly no quick economic fix. There is not a construction project that can be rolled out by the private sector in less than two years. Now, throw a lot of government bureaucrats into the mix and you have a lead time of three to five years. I sure hope that those construction guys don’t starve to death in the meantime.

If people are spending, they are spending on Gold and Guns. Gold is at a record high, gun sales are UP 48%, and ammo stocks are low,
and the price is rising. Then there is the practical side to it. Why
in the world would you spend money today, when next week or month you can get the same thing cheaper? Cars and trucks are selling for the best deals ever, and they can’t give them away. Houses are dropping in price. If you want a BETTER deal. Wait!
