The Senate Democrats

want to strip Blago of his power to appoint a Senator from
Illinois to take Barack Hussein’s Obama’s seat in the Senate.

They are willing to ignore the rule of law. He has not been
indicted let alone tried. Therefore under our laws he is innocent
until PROVEN guilty.

Not to be out done, The Governor of Michigan, Jennifer Granholm,
has signed a law that,

“Under the new legislation, a person must provide DNA samples
upon arrest for a violent felony”

She is willing to ignore the rule of law for expediency. A simple
arrest is a long way from a conviction.

Granholm says , “Protecting citizens and keeping violent offenders
off the streets is a top priority,” said Granholm. “This new law will
give law enforcement a big advantage in their fight to keep our
streets and neighborhoods safe by using technology to identify
individuals who are violent offenders.”

Suppose a rape occurs in a neighborhood. The police can then
arrest every male within a mile or more of the rape. Take a DNA
sample and cut the hapless citizen loose. They can continue to arrest
as many as they want and obtain DNA. They will eventually get their
suspect, while the rest of us huddle in fear of the police and bemoan
our lost rights. I care not for the rights of the Rapist. They should
be shot upon conviction, but I fear them less than the police with
that kind of power.

I suspect that the law will be thrown out on challenge as
Unconstitutional on it’s face. Any evidence obtained through the
illegally obtained DNA sample will be, “Fruit of the Poison Tree”,
and not allowed to be used in court.
